This is just an announcement that this entity and the NPS have entered into a cooperative agreement for the purposes of work regarding the Philadelphia LGBTQ Heritage and Engagement Initiative. Specifically, the entity will:
• Collaborate with NPS to engage the LGBTQ community, allies and city/national groups and organizations in the Philadelphia area. Assist NPS with evaluating a variety of communication methods to establish best practices for connecting with LGBTQ groups.
• Work together with the NPS to design and implement quality programming and exhibits to engage the public.
• Collaborate on research and projects that further awareness and education regarding Philadelphia LGBTQ histories and cultures.
• Promote the research, collaboration, and work between the WWCC and the NPS in the Philadelphia LGBTQ community.
