Photovoltaics Research and Development (PVRD) Notice of Intent (NOI): The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) intends to issue, on behalf of the Solar Energy Technologies Office, a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled “Photovoltaics Research and Development (PVRD).
