Phylodynamic Tracking of HIV Transmission (R01): The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support interdisciplinary research collaborations to study and optimize approaches using phylodynamic analyses of HIV genotyping databases to monitor HIV transmission networks in near real-time. The long-range goal is to leverage existing databases and support innovations in HIV phylodynamics to better inform testing, treatment, and prevention efforts.
