Phylodynamic Tracking of HIV Transmission (R01): The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) is to support interdisciplinary research collaborations to study and optimize approaches using phylodynamic analyses of HIV genotyping databases to monitor HIV transmission networks in near real-time.
