Pilot Deployment of the Center-to-Center Reference Implementation: The purpose of this proposed Agreement is to pilot the deployment of the Center-to-Center Reference Implementation (C2C RI) in a real-life environment. This proposed Agreement will support and enable TRANSCOM’s pilot deployment to include testing of the Interface Traffic Management Data Dictionary (TMDD) Standard for Traffic Management Center-to-Center Communications Rev. 3.03c. Under the planned Cooperative Agreement, TRANSCOM shall perform initial testing, modifying, and retesting of the TRANSCOM interface implementing the TMDD v3.03c and NTCIP 2306 standards. TRANSCOM will use the C2C RI testing tool on the interface to help verify the implementation of the two standards and the testing tool.
