Piloting Options For The Sustainable Integrations Of Target Earthquake-affected Communities In Haiti (positec) Program: THE PILOTING OPTIONS FOR THE SUSTAINABLE INTEGRATION OF TARGET EARTHQUAKE-AFFECTED COMMUNITIES IN HAITI (POSITEC) PROGRAM WILL BE EVALUATED USING A TWO PHASE APPLICATION PROCESS. INTERESTED APPLICANTS SHOULD SUBMIT A CONCEPT PAPER BASED ON THE INSTRUCTIONS IN SECTION IV OF THE RFA.
