Grant Description
This project was developed by the BLM to reduce hazardous fuels for the protection of life-safety, private property, community infrastructure and cultural-historic resources within the wildland urban interface (WUI) of Pioche and Caselton. This project will aid in the implementation of the Lincoln County Fire Hazard Assessment. This project will provide a prison workforce, equipment and expertise in fuels reduction and forestry practices on private lands within the WUI of Pioche and Caselton.
