Pollution Prevention and Cleaner Production Networking: The purpose of the grant is to develop a networking forum on pollution prevention and cleaner production that addresses the needs of Middle East and North African countries. EPA has agreed to provide technical assistance in support of negotiations and implementation of Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and of Trade and Investment Framework Agreements (TIFAs) between the United States and countries of the Middle East and North African region.
