Population-Based Birth Defects Surveillance and Utilization of Surveillance Data by Public Health Programs: CDC's Procurement and Grants Office has published a funding opportunity announcement entitled, "Population-Based Birth Defects Surveillance and Utilization of Surveillance Data by Public Health Programs."
