Prairie Dog Population and Habitat Monitoring on Black-footed Ferret Reintroduction Site in Kansas: This is the full announcement. The tasks to be performed under this agreement are as follows: annually estimate black-tailed prairie dog population numbers, densities, and colony areas using accepted and previously used methods. This Single Source Award is being made in accordance with Department of the Interior Policy 505 DM 2.14 B (4), which allows for award without competition to an applicant. The applicant is uniquely qualified to perform the activity based on location, technical expertise, and continuity in methodology. The applicant performed identical work at this location during the summer of 2011.
