Project Sponsorship of Fish Habitat Projects in the Entiat Subbasin: Reclamation seeks the assistance of qualified Project Sponsors (Sponsors) to provide administrative representation and oversight of fish habitat improvement projects in the Entiat subbasin located in the Upper Columbia Region. The Sponsor will assist Reclamation by developing potential habitat improvement projects in the Entiat subbasin; coordinating fish habitat projects with local constituents, and examining the influence of the project on fish habitat after completion of construction. The Sponsor will assist BPA, under separate BPA funding, by participating during project design and construction in an advisory role.
