Projects to Address the Sudden and Prolonged Effect of the Economic Downturn on the IV-D Caseload and Program Operations: The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) in the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) intends to award up to $1,200,000 for 17-month projects to the State Title IV-D agencies or the umbrella agencies of the IV-D program.
