Proliferation Awareness Seminar - Albania and Montenegro: The Department of State's Office of Export Control Cooperation is pleased to announce a new funding opportunity through this Request for Applications (RFA). ISN/ECC invites U.S. non-profit organizations and educational institutions, as well as PIOs, to submit proposals for providing a basic proliferation awareness seminar and strategic trade control awareness training to policy-making officials from the Government of Albania (GOA) and Government of Montenegro (GOM).
