Promoting Sustainability of Desert Bighorn Sheep: The overall goal of this project is to enhance conservation and recreation opportunities associated with the desert bighorn sheep population in the Mojave Desert, with our focus centered on Mojave National Preserve and including Death Valley National Park and adjacent lands. The purpose of this agreement is to design and carry out a study that will inform current and future management decisions for desert bighorn sheep conservation in the Mojave Desert and across the Western U.S.
