- The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) invites applications from U.S and non-U.S. non-profit, non-governmental organizations, international organizations, and other qualified non-governmental organizations (including faith-based organizations and community based organizations) to carry out activities under a grant or cooperative agreement that will support the Promoting Youth Civic Engagement (PYCE) project and its objectives that focus on the empowerment of Yemeni youth and promoting their civic engagement.
