Provide College Youth with Park Work Experience with the Santa Monica Mountains Fund: DOI Notice of Intent to Award under a current Cooperative Agreement. Not a request for applications. The goal of this project is to provide college-age youth with service learning opportunities through, paid employment, fellowships, and internships in park operations while completing work at the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (SMMNRA) and the greater Los Angeles area. We seek to partner with the Santa Monica Mountains Fund to provide racially diverse youth with an introduction to park careers and developmental work experience.
