Grant Description
This project is intended to provide Hawaii Volcanoes National Park with the opportunity to act as host site for Hawaii Youth Conservation Corp year round internship program as part of the Park's mission to build local support amoung Islanders, increase interpretive opportunities for the visiting public and augment the endangered plant recovery program within the Park. It will specifically offer young adults a chance to enhance their conservation skills through a paid internship program at the Park.
