Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan: This is NOT a request for applications; this is an announcement that an award has already been designated for Cape Cod Commission: A subdivision of Barnstable County for their work on the Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. CCC will: 1.Develop a Master Plan for the Outer Cape towns of Provincetown, Truro, and Wellfleet in accordance with the Attachment A of this Cooperative Agreement at a cost not to exceed $231,680. 2. Provide a full time Project Manager to oversee the project for the CCC/Barnstable County. 3. Facilitate, and provide support and materials for public meetings with the Working Group to receive public comments, and coordinate with state and local authorities, such as Mass DOT and DCR and town officials 4. Lead monthly meetings of the Working Group to encourage public participation in the development process. 5. Update the CCC/Barnstable County website throughout development of the master plan to keep the public abreast of progress and upcoming meetings. 6. Work with the towns in the Outer/Lower Cape area to plan, design, and evaluate bicycle and pedestrian proposals. 7. Prepare compliance documents for NPS and/or State approval.
