Grant Description: Secretarys Forecast Summary CDC-RFA-PS07-736 CDCs Procurement and Grants Office has published a program announcement entitled, "Provision of Full-Access, Home-Based, Confidential HIV Counseling and Testing and Basic Care in High HIV-Prevalence Districts in the Central Region of the Republic of Uganda under the Presidents Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief." Approximately $925,000 will be available in fiscal year 2007 to fund approximately one award. The purpose of the program is to provide 100 percent access to confidential, home-based, HIV counseling and testing in selected high HIV-prevalence Districts in the central region of Uganda.
