Psu Cesu: This is a Notice of Intent to award. The objective of the project is to increase public and FWS awareness, literacy and actions to address the effects of climate change to fish, wildlife, plants and ecosystems; and to support and participate in the Department of the Interior's Youth Initiative by assisting and mentoring a graduate assistant. This agreement provides PSU a sponsorship and mentorship of a graduate student and assistance from FWS in the students thesis and providing real-world experience in applying course work to the work environment. The agreement provides assistance to FWS for its coordination and communication efforts on the effects of climate change on fish, wildlife, plants and ecosystems.
