Pulbic Outreach Intern For Great Basin National Park: A.Project Goals â¿¿The intern will provide formal ranger programs to the public. The intern will learn about Lehman Cave and give cave tours. The intern will provide community outreach to school groups and seniors. The intern may communicate with digital, print and social media. The intern will also provide assistance with updating the parkâ¿¿s website, social media sites, and assist with writing press releases. B.Project Objectives â¿¿ â¿¢ Provide opportunities for interns to learn technical skills and gain experiences. â¿¢ Assist with the planning and development of Great Basinâ¿¿s virtual outreach through social media and live digital programs. â¿¢ Provide community outreach to underserved communities surrounding the park. â¿¢ Provided traditional ranger programs and frontline visitor services â¿¢ Learn skills in public communication through contributions to the parkâ¿¿s website, press releases, and answering phones.
