This APS is intended to solicit applications covering a broad range of interventions—in terms of intended beneficiaries, sectors, and locations—with the ultimate goal of restoring livelihoods. The objectives of this APS are Livelihoods Restored and Maintained/Economy Stabilized and Growing, Increased Income and Employment Generated by the Agricultural Sector. THIS OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN AMENDED -APPLICATIONS WILL NOW BE REVIEWED IN A TWO TIER PROCESS THIS APS HAS BEEN AMENDED TO UPDATE THE CURRENT SITUATION AND TO FOCUS THE DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES THAT THIS APS SEEKS PROPOSALS FOR.
