RFI - Fiber Reinforced Polymer Composite Manufacturing: The purpose of this RFI is to solicit feedback from industry, academia, research laboratories, government agencies, and other stakeholders on issues related to fiber reinforced polymer composite manufacturing, specifically for continuous or discontinuous carbon and glass fiber composites with thermoset or thermoplastic matrix materials. AMO seeks information through this RFI to understand the cross-cutting manufacturing challenges that if addressed could reduce life cycle energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), support further adoption of clean energy systems and increase U.S. manufacturing competitiveness. This is solely a request for information and not a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). EERE is not accepting applications.Responses to this RFI must be submitted electronically to [email protected] with a subject line "Response to RFI" no later than 5:00pm (EDT) on September 26, 2013.
