RFP FY13 Afghan Project 1- Baghlan Announcement: The Department of State?s Office of Weapons Removal and Abatement is pleased to announce a Request for Proposals (RFP) competitive process for fiscal year 2013/2014 for humanitarian demining, explosive ordnance disposal, and victims assistance programs.
