Recovery Act BLM CA Paradise Royale Mtn Bike Trail Skills Park - Arcata: This project will create a well-designed, challenging and environmentally sustainable mountain bike skills park to complement the existing Paradise Royale Mountain Bike Trail System and BLM campground, creating a family-oriented recreational experience. The proposed project will create recreational infrastructure to provide long-term recreational opportunities and economic benefits to the region. Create recreational opportunities, where none now exist.
