Recovery Act - Delta Habitat Conservation and Conveyance Program (DHCCP) Investigations: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source cooperative agreement to the California Department of Water Resources for the following program: Recovery Act - Delta Habitat Conservation and Conveyance Program (DHCCP) Investigations. BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for environmental compliance documentation required by California Environmental Quality Act and National Environmental Policy Act for the DHCCP. The period of performance is from the date of award to March 30, 2010. Estimate award date: on or before September 30, 2009. Estimated award amount: $3,950,353.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
