Recovery Act - Water Conservation Through Irrigation System Purchase: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a grant agreement to the Westlands Water District for the following program: Recovery Act - Water Conservation Through Irrigation System Purchase Program. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance for a program to install equipment that will improve irrigation efficiency. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
