- The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a cooperative agreement to the Tehama-Colusa Canal Authority on the following program: Fish Passage Improvement Project at Red Bluff Diversion Dam Temporary Pumping Plant. The purpose of the project is to minimize fish passage issues while maintaining water delivery by designing, acquiring, and installing a temporary pump while design and construction of the selected alternative for the Fish Passage Improvement Project at the Red Bluff Diversion Dam proceeds.
