- The United States Government, as represented by the United States Agency for International Development in Southern Africa (USAID/Southern Africa) is seeking applications from qualified local Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) for a three year program to implement and manage a project to strengthen the capacity of Victims of Torture (VOT) service providers to provide treatment and rehabilitation to individuals who suffer from the physical and psychological effects of torture.
