Rehabilitate Shut-In National Recreational Trail: Trail rehabilitation will include but not limited to: refurbishing/installing signs, painting gates, repairing boardwalks/stairs, repairing rock walls and steps, repairing drainage structures, installing water bars, cutting hazardous trees and trimming encroaching vegetation, repairing railing, and repairing tread.
