- OFDA is issuing this Request for Comment to solicit input into this planning process from partners, counterparts and stakeholders. OFDA anticipates holding an all-day meeting with interested parties in Nairobi, Kenya on Monday, June 21, 2004, beginning at 10 a.m., to present its plan for modifications in the structure of the Fiscal Year 2005 Sudan program, to receive additional comments, exchange information, and to hopefully reach a consensus on future implementation of its Sudan program. OFDA also intends to hold smaller sector specific meetings on Tuesday, June 22nd at the same location to allow for more detailed discussion.
