Request for Comment on USAID's Burma Planned Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health-Health Systems Strengthening (MNCH-HSS) activity: The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking comments on a draft program description for a planned new Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health-Health Systems Strengthening (MNCH-HSS) activity intended to support Myanmar's new National Health Plan and Essential Package of Health Services. The MNCH-HSS activity is planned for a total period of five years with an estimated total amount between $20 million and $30 million. USAID/Burma may revise this planned activity as a result of comments received and further internal discussions.Please ensure that your comments are concise and specific to the information included within this Request for Information (RFI). While there are no limits to the length of submissions accepted, concise and specific responses with references to page and selection numbers in the draft document are most useful. Issuance of this RFI and posting the draft program description for comment does not constitute a solicitation, which will come later through a separate process. The RFI does not represent any award commitment on the part of the Government, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for costs incurred in the preparation and submission of any comments or questions. This is a Request for Information only, NOT a Request for Applications.
