Resource Conservation Funds: The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 4 is soliciting proposals for cooperative assistance agreements that address source reduction, pollution prevention, organic materials management, green design or manufacturing, product stewardship, reuse, Environmentally preferable purchasing (including products with post-consumer recycled content), market development, energy conservation or recovery, or the manufacturing of products with post- consumer recycled content.
