Risk Factors For Psychopathology Using Existing Data Sets (R01): -Purpose. The purpose of this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) issued by the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), and the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), is to invite grant applications involving extensive and innovative use of existing data sets to study the development of psychopathology, including alcohol and drug abuse, in order to guide the development of preventive and treatment intervention strategies.
