Romania: Civic Education Program for Informed Voting in Rural Areas: The U.S. Embassy Bucharest/Bureau of Public Affairs of the U.S. Department of State announces an open competition for non-profit Romanian organizations and institutions with activity and experience in the field of education and civic engagement to apply for a grant to organize a civic education program to promote informed voting in rural areas of southeast Romania.
