Not for profit organizations of National scope. The NRHA is a national, not-for- profit mambership driven association with more than 6,300 members that represents the broad diversity of rural America. The NRHA brings together rural health professionals of all specialities, representatives of State and local governments, and a full range of private sector rural health providers. It also reaches across geographic differences between the more populated areas of the northeast to the frontier areas of the west. The tasks outlined in this cooperative agreement are aimed at the goal of increasing access to quality health care for rural America, working towards the mission to improve health of rural Americans, and to provide leadership on rural health issues. Eligibility for this funding opprtunity is limited to the current grantee requesting support for a subsequent budget period within the approved project period for the Rural Health Best Practices and Community Development Cooperative Agreement.
