Fellowship candidates - regardless of listing as PI, co-PI, or Senior Personnel - must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:
<ul>
<li>be a U.S. citizen, national, or legally admitted permanent resident alien of the United States as of the application deadline</li>
<li>obtained the doctoral degree within 36 months before the application deadline or will obtain the doctoral degree within 10 months after the application deadline</li>
<li>not already in a full-time tenure-track faculty position</li>
