SBIR/STTR FY 2013 Phase I Release 2: This Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) describes two distinct funding opportunities for the U. S. Department of Energy (DOE) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and the Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs for Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 ? Phase I and Fast-Track (combined Phase I and Phase II). Under this FOA, Fast-Track applicants may not apply concurrently to the Phase I funding opportunity.
