SGBV program in North and South Kivu: DRC's program to respond to and prevent SGBV is a critical element of the U.S. Government's foreign policy goal in the DRC to support the emergence of a stable, democratic Congo that is at peace with its neighbors and provides for the basic needs of its citizens.
