SRBA Tribal Management of Kooskia NFH: Funding for this opportunity is established to facilitate the cooperation of the US Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) and the Nez Perce Tribe (NPT) in operating and maintaining the Kooskia National Fish Hatchery (KNFH) as it pertains to the Snake River Basin Adjudication Settlement of 2005 (SRBA). The objective is to provide yearly funding for fiscal years 2015-2019 to the Nez Perce Tribe. It provides for specified interchange of services, personnel, equipment, facilities and funds in order to accomplish Service objectives with the NPT as the managers and operators of the KNFH. Implementation of the SRBA is laid out through several 2005 Memorandums of Agreements between the Service and the NPT. Other authorizations include the Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act of 1958, 16 U.S.C.661-666 and Snake River Basin Adjudication Settlement Agreement of 2005
