Sacramento River Joint Intake Project - Construction: The Bureau of Reclamation (BOR), Mid-Pacific Region, intends to award a sole source for a Cooperative Agreement to Reclamation District 2035 under the authority of CFDA 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406 (b) (21). BOR proposes to provide financial assistance for the Sacramento River Joint Intake Project which consists of a fish screen to prevent the entrainment of endangered anadromous fish. Period of Performance is from the date of award to December 31, 2015. Estimate award date: on or about September 21, 2012. Estimate award amount: $16,707,968.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragraph 2.14(B)(4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) R12AS20029 for additional information.
