National Organization - shall be an organization that demonstrates nation-wide experience working with Federal, State, and local partners, and that demonstrates a national impact tnrough its activities. Nonprofit Organization - shall be an organization that qualifies as a nonprofit organization under State laws, and meets requirements under Section 501 (c) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.
