Safety Matters: Managing Relationships in Women's Facilities: Safety Matters: Managing Relationships in Women's Facilities is a research-based, gender-informed training program delivered to agency/jurisdiction teams of correctional professionals with responsibility for the safe and effective management of women in correctional facilities. The training blends Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT) with on-site classroom Instructor Lead Training (ILT) with a targeted ILT follow up Training of Staff Trainers (TOT).
