- This Funding Announcement is not a request for applications. This announcement is to provide public notice of the Bureau of Land Managements intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition. The project will provide scientific information that helps the conservation and preservation of bird species within the Great Basin. The Great Basin Bird Observatory (GBBO) wishes to produce habitat use models and information on spatial use of the landscape by this species to help managers make better informed decisions regarding conservation of this species.
