Grant Description
The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Mid‐Pacific Region, intends to issue a Notice of Intent for a Grant Agreement to San Luis Canal Company, under the authority of Catalog for Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.507, Public Law 111‐11, San Joaquin River Restoration Settlement Act, Title X, Subtitle A, of the Omnibus Public Lands Management Act, 2009, Section 10004(b)(2) for the following program: San Joaquin River Restoration Program - Installation of Gates on Sack Dam. Reclamation proposes to provide financial assistance to install four gates on Sack Dam to improve flow control capabilities through the structure for the San Joaquin River Restoration Program's (SJRRP) Interim and Restoration Flows. Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to Award announcement, R11AS20003 for additional information. Period of Performance is from the date of award to March 1, 2011. Estimate award date: on or about November 12, 2010. Estimate award amount: $250,000.00. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM2 paragraph 2.14(B)(1) Unsolicited Proposal and (4) Unique Qualifications, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) applies to this announcement.
