Scott River Water Trust: Instream Water Leasing: The Mid-Pacific Region of the Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to Scott River Water Trust for the following program – Scott River Water Trust Program, under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.517, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act of 1934, Public Law 85-624, 16 U.S.C. 661 et seq., as amended and the authority to the Bureau of Reclamation at 255 DM 1.1B. Estimated total amount of agreement is $50,000.00. The purpose of this requirement will improve habitat conditions in the Scott River to preserve coho salmon, a species of value to the American public and people around the world. Other species, including those that are harvestable such as the chinook salmon will also benefit. (Refer to Notice of Intent (NOI) to award announcement No. R14AN20006 for additional information). A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(2) & (4) is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. System for Award Management (SAM) applies to this announcement.
