Sea Grant Delta Science Fellows Program: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a cooperative agreement to University of California, San Diego under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.512, Central Valley Project Improvement Act, Public Law 102-575, Section 3406(b)(1) and 3407(e). Estimated total amount of agreement is $219,084.00. Reclamation is providing $219,084.00 in Fiscal Year 2016. The objective of the project is to administer the Delta Science Program Science Fellows that will address high priority research topics of importance to the Bay-Delta system:

• Assessing the effects of drought on the Delta
• Effectiveness and implications of habitat restoration actions
• Develop decision support tools for management of estuarine and migratory species
• Science supporting the enhancement and protection of the cultural, recreational, natural resource, and agricultural values of the Delta
