Services for HIV-Affected Children in Ukraine: The goal of the project is to continue to reduce the negative impact of HIV/AIDS in Ukraine on HIV-affected, -infected and high-risk children, including orphans, children in HIV-affected families, children born to HIV-positive mothers, children in juvenile detention or other institutions and street children by improving family, health and community services, such as increasing family-based care options, reducing child abandonment and improving access to prevention, treatment, care and support, for these children and their families and caregivers.
