Sheboygan River Area of Concern Habitat Restoration: The principal purpose of the proposed project is to restore watershed function and wildlife habitat within the Sheboygan River Area of Concern, a portion of the Sheboygan River that has been determined to be severely impaired by historic pollution, urbanization, and habitat degradation.
