Smart Growth Network Website: US EPA intends to fund an SGN website that is the on-line home of the Smart Growth Network, provides timely and targeted information, resources, and tools on smart growth and related topics, and has a minimum of 40,000 visitor sessions per month. US EPA seeks proposals for an SGN website that enhances the ability of developers, citizens, government to partner and create neighborhoods, communities, and regions that enhance economic competitiveness, promote community, and protect the environment.
