Additional Information on Eligibility

Faith-based and community organizations that meet eligibility requirements are eligible to receive awards under this funding opportunity announcement. Individuals, foreign entities, and sole proprietorship organizations are not eligible to compete for, or receive,awards made under this announcement.
Grant Description
This announcement is modified. References to the telephone number for Central Contractor Registration (CCR) have been corrected throughout the announcement to 1-866-606-8220. Other references to CCR registration in the table in Section IV.2. and the Checklist in Section VIII. note that CCR registration is required of all applicants and must be active by the time of award. Section V.2. now states that no awards will be made to applicants that do not have an active CCR registration. Section VI.3 announces the implementation of the SF-425 Federal Financial Report form. The Administration for Native Americans (ANA), within the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), announces the availability of Fiscal Year (FY) 2011 funds for new community-based projects under the ANA Social and Economic Development Strategies Tribal Governance (SEDS-TG) program. ANA's FY 2011 SEDS TG will fund tribal governance projects formerly funded under SEDS and will expand the governance priority to emphasize projects that strengthen the internal capacity and infrastructure of tribal governments to increase services provided to children and families. The FOA will also emphasize increasing the tribal government's ability to exercise local control and decision making over their resources.
